Key Responsibilities
  • Assist professors and senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical pharmacy laboratory sessions.
  • Support the department in conducting innovative research in clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy, and pharmacy management.
  • Grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations under the guidance of lead course instructors.
  • Provide academic support, mentoring, and guidance to undergraduate pharmacy students during consultation hours.
  • Maintain accurate academic records and assist with departmental administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Participate actively in faculty meetings, academic seminars, and community outreach health programmes.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacy Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) where applicable.
  • Strong analytical, research, and data collection skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for teaching and academic mentorship.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
