About the Role
Best Service Raya is a leading player in the distribution and sales of mobile phones and small domestic appliances (SDA). We are currently looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Store Keeper to join our dynamic team in Abuja. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain by maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing daily warehouse operations, and ensuring timely order fulfillment to support our sales team and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and complete orders for delivery to the sales team or for customer pickup according to established schedules.
- Oversee basic warehouse operations, including receiving, stock keeping, distribution, and maintenance of mobile phones and SDA products.
- Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming products efficiently and safely.
- Monitor inventory levels continuously, manage stock rotation, and coordinate the ordering of new items to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company databases and software systems.
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors, warehouse staff, and internal co-workers to streamline workflow.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Candidates must possess an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor Degree qualification in a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of proven work experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or Warehouse Assistant within the retail or distribution industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory management software, and database systems.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and physical stamina to handle loading and stocking tasks.
- Must reside in Abuja or be willing to commute to the location.
