Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute the daily shipment plan, tracking both pending and new orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Process, dispatch, and accurately document all outbound orders and export material dispatches.
- Perform daily tracking and provide timely updates on all dispatched trucks and outbound freight.
- Maintain high standards of inventory record accuracy and coordinate comprehensive stock management.
- Ensure full compliance with SQC, Quality GDQM (Global Distribution Manual), and RB safety standards in warehousing and transport.
- Manage and control third-party logistics suppliers to optimize operational performance.
- Maintain excellence in product handling to satisfy both internal and external customer expectations.
- Minimum of an OND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse and freight management, preferably within the FMCG or logistics sector.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with experience in JDE being an added advantage.
- Strong proven ability in inventory control, supply chain processes, and customer service.
