About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading solar energy provider for off-grid homes, designing, distributing, and financing modern solar solutions across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Executive to join our expanding team in Taraba, Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily store operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, handling customer queries, and performing basic product repairs to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, track, and manage stock from the warehouse in strict compliance with FIFO standards.
- Maintain updated Goods Received and Goods Issued online logs and perform daily cycle counts.
- Prepare daily on-hand stock reports and manage spare parts inventory and re-orders.
- Take custody of repair toolkits, conduct basic technical checks, and perform repairs on in-warranty returns.
- Ensure the store environment, shop floor arrangement, and repair workbench are clean, tidy, and safe.
- Welcome walk-in customers, assist Energy Officers, and coordinate with the call center to resolve customer inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a related role.
- Strong computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, proactive attitude, and strong customer focus.
- Deep familiarity with Taraba territory and local market dynamics is a distinct advantage.
