We are seeking a strategic Nationwide Branch Expansion Manager to spearhead our ambitious branch growth and network distribution strategy across Nigeria. This senior leadership position requires an end-to-end execution expert capable of managing market research, site selection, regulatory compliance, infrastructure build-out, and full commercial launch.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the nationwide branch expansion strategy, driving the end-to-end rollout of new retail banking locations across Nigeria.
- Manage site selection, lease negotiations, architectural build-out, and physical infrastructure development for all new branches.
- Secure and manage necessary regulatory approvals and compliance frameworks with relevant financial authorities.
- Collaborate closely with executive management and present strategic updates to the Board and Board Committees.
- Drive commercial readiness and branch activation, ensuring new locations achieve operational efficiency and profitability targets quickly.
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional expansion and regional operations teams.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior or managerial role focused on branch expansion, retail network distribution, or business growth.
- Mandatory background in the banking or fintech sector with a proven track record of managing multi-location or nationwide branch rollouts.
- Demonstrated experience in Board and Board Committee engagement and stakeholder management.
