About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, serving over 82 million customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dedicated Store Executive to join our growing team in Toto, Nasarawa State. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, managing basic product repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service to support our mission of providing reliable energy to underserved households.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming and outgoing stock efficiently, adhering to FIFO standards and maintaining updated stock cards and digital logs.
- Perform daily cycle counts, monthly stock takes, and prepare accurate daily inventory and replenishment reports.
- Receive faulty units from the field, conduct basic diagnostic checks, handle in-warranty repairs, and consolidate damaged items for disposal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant store environment and repair workbench arranged by SKU.
- Welcome walk-in customers, verify product warranty eligibility, and coordinate with Energy Officers and the call center to resolve customer inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in store management, inventory control, or a related role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, alongside proven report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- High levels of integrity, flexibility, and familiarity with Sun King products or local territory knowledge will be an added advantage.
