About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, providing innovative and accessible power solutions to over 82 million people across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Store Executive (Reliever) to join our growing team in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal store performance, managing inventory accuracy, handling basic product repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service to support our off-grid communities.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, track, and manage stock from the warehouse, ensuring adherence to FIFO standards and maintaining updated stock cards.
- Perform daily cycle counts, monthly stock takes, and maintain accurate online Goods Received and Goods Issued logs.
- Manage spare parts inventory, re-orders, and handle faulty stock consolidation for proper disposal.
- Prepare daily on-hand stock and issuance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Take custody of repair toolkits, conduct basic technical checks on faulty units, and perform in-warranty repairs.
- Ensure the store and repair workbench remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Welcome walk-in customers, verify warranty eligibility, and assist Energy Officers in resolving customer queries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a related technical role.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- High levels of integrity, flexibility, and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and local knowledge of the Ijebu Ode territory will be an added advantage.
