About the Role
MANO Africa is Africa's first Integrated Grocery E-shop blending convenience with your local flair. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Controller to join our growing team in Lagos. In this vital role, you will help us maintain accurate inventory records, streamline stock management processes, and ensure that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently every single day.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records across all product categories.
- Receive, inspect, record, and properly organize incoming and outgoing stock shipments.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and thorough reconciliations to guarantee inventory accuracy.
- Ensure all products are safely stored, neatly organized, and handled with utmost care.
- Update internal inventory management systems and maintain meticulous stock documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and broader operations team to support seamless daily workflows.
- Ensure all stock movements are logged promptly and accurately in real-time.
- Identify potential stock discrepancies quickly and implement effective solutions to resolve inventory issues.
- Proven professional experience as a Store Controller, Inventory Officer, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing modern inventory management systems and software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and extreme accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
- Mandatory requirement: Must currently reside in Lekki, Lagos, to ensure prompt and reliable daily attendance.
