About the Role
Nectar Beauty Hub is a premier destination redefining the retail landscape as the first comprehensive beauty experience in Nigeria. We curate an extensive selection of top-tier beauty and skincare products within our vibrant hub. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Stock Keeper to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our inventory is meticulously managed, accurately recorded, and readily available to support our fast-paced retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of beauty products against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and secure inventory warehouse to prevent stock damage or loss.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and routine cycle counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Update and manage inventory records using digital stock management systems and spreadsheets.
- Fulfill internal stock requisitions and prepare items for seamless transfer to retail display floors.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report low-inventory items to the management team to prevent stockouts.
- Adhere strictly to safety, health, and warehouse compliance guidelines at all times.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven working experience as a stock keeper, warehouse assistant, or in a similar inventory management role.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer operations, including inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Good numerical skills and the ability to lift and move stock items safely.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate seamlessly with store teams.
