We are seeking a skilled and passionate Still and Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging, visually appealing video content and graphic designs for our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience in the Nigerian market and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Design visually stunning graphics such as posts, stories, banners, and digital advertisements.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring the timely delivery of all assets.
- Optimize multimedia content for different platforms to drive maximum engagement and audience reach.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and help plan social media strategies to enhance overall brand visibility.
- Proven professional experience in video editing and graphic design supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Expertise in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and digital best practices.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail, strong aesthetic sensibility, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, or a related field is preferred, and knowledge of 3D design or animation is a strong plus.
