We are currently looking for a talented and visionary Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in translating our brand vision into captivating visual content that resonates with our target audience, enhances brand awareness, and drives business growth across various digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website banners, and email newsletters.
- Develop high-quality print materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and corporate presentation decks for real estate projects.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate property value propositions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and ensure adherence to company design guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard of quality.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve our visual output.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate, advertising, or corporate sectors in Nigeria.
- Mastery of industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional creative thinking, typography, layout design, and branding skills.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to accept constructive feedback.
