About the Role
Virgin Forest Energy Limited, a leading Nigerian energy downstream company, is recruiting a Station Supervisor for our Owerri retail outlet. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily filling station operations and staff activities
- Monitor fuel sales, stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address complaints promptly
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Oversee cash handling processes and reconcile all sales records
- Maintain station cleanliness, security, and equipment functionality
- Coordinate product receipt and fuel dispensing activities
- Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets collaboratively
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience, preferably in oil and gas sector
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
