About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Station Supervisor to support our retail operations and uphold our commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Station Manager in overseeing daily station activities, ensuring timely opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise Pump Attendants and Cashiers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing on-the-job coaching.
  • Monitor fuel and non-fuel sales, ensuring prompt customer service and swift resolution of complaints.
  • Conduct daily inventory reconciliations, monitor fuel stock levels, and report any variances or shortages.
  • Enforce strict Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards, conducting routine safety inspections and maintaining firefighting equipment.
  • Prepare accurate shift reports and document equipment faults or operational challenges.
  • Assume full responsibility for station operations in the absence of the Station Manager.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an OND or HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a petroleum retail station or fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of downstream petroleum operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of HSSE regulations within the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
