About the Role
Nepal Energy is a renowned leader in the importation, warehousing, and distribution of petroleum products across Nigeria. Driven by a robust fleet and strategically positioned retail outlets, we consistently meet the rising energy demands of the Nigerian market. We are currently looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Station Manager to oversee our retail service station in Osun, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the retail station to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for petroleum and non-fuel retail merchandise.
- Oversee daily cash collections, banking, financial reconciliations, and expense controls.
- Monitor fuel stock levels, oversee inventory for lubricants and LPG, and minimize shrinkage.
- Lead, recruit, train, and supervise station staff including supervisors, cashiers, and attendants.
- Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain a clean, welcoming station environment.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, oil and gas, or FMCG.
- At least 1 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a fast-paced environment.
