About the Role
Nepal Energy, a renowned leader in the importation, warehousing, and distribution of petroleum products in Nigeria, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Station Manager. In this role, you will oversee the overall management, profitability, and operational performance of our retail service station, ensuring sustainable business growth across the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day station operations, ensuring uninterrupted availability of petroleum products and retail merchandise.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets, monitor daily profitability, and implement revenue-growth initiatives.
- Oversee daily cash collections, banking, financial reconciliations, and strict cost-control measures.
- Ensure accurate fuel and retail inventory management, minimizing stock losses, wastage, and shrinkage.
- Lead, recruit, train, and motivate station personnel, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Enforce comprehensive Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards and statutory regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain a clean, welcoming station environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in retail operations, oil and gas, or FMCG, with at least 1 to 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and inventory control competencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
