About the Role
P-GAT Industries invites dynamic and experienced professionals to apply for the position of State Technical Works Coordinator for our landmark ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative revolutionizing logistics across Northeast Nigeria. In this impactful role, you will spearhead technical operations, ensuring optimal fleet performance, safety, and efficiency across assigned locations in Adamawa State.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all technical works across the state, including comprehensive fleet maintenance and servicing schedules.
- Manage technical teams, conduct routine inspections, and oversee spare-parts coordination and inventory.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and drive the prompt resolution of recurring technical issues.
- Implement maintenance planning strategies and advanced diagnostics to minimize operational downtime.
- Participate actively in field activities and cross-functional operational engagements as required.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Automobile, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in fleet management, automotive, EV, engineering maintenance, or technical operations.
- Demonstrated strong technical leadership, diagnostics capability, and team-coordination skills.
- Relevant professional or technical certifications will be an added advantage.
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
