About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa’s real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We provide payment, banking, credit, and business management tools to help enterprises succeed. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive State Inventory Officer to join our dynamic operations team in Rivers State.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of POS devices including stock levels, specific locations, and serial numbers.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits to reconcile physical inventory with logical records.
- Verify serial number accuracy for all incoming POS devices and promptly resolve any identified discrepancies.
- Partner closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory operations and prevent stock shortages.
- Execute corrective measures to improve overall inventory accuracy and perform additional operational duties assigned by the State Coordinator.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related operational roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
