About the Role
P-GAT Industries invites dynamic professionals to join the landmark ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative revolutionizing regional logistics across Northeast Nigeria. As our State Fleet Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional economic development, reducing commuting costs, and establishing sustainable transport frameworks within Adamawa State.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily state fleet deployment, resource utilization, and operational schedules across designated locations.
- Monitor rider and fleet performance metrics to ensure maximum efficiency, punctuality, and service delivery.
- Oversee strict regulatory compliance, environmental standards, and safety protocols across all operating points.
- Manage incident response coordination, vehicle maintenance tracking, and comprehensive fleet operational reporting.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders and field teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks and optimize transit routes.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Transport Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in fleet management, transport operations, or logistics, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Possession of a relevant Master's Degree will be considered a distinct competitive advantage.
