About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse / Midwife (RN, RM) to join our dynamic clinical team and help us maintain our high standards of patient care every day.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with procedures and treatments, while advocating for patients' needs and preferences.
- Document patient care activities, nursing assessments, and interventions accurately and timely in medical records and nursing documentation systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Must possess valid RN (Registered Nurse) and RM (Registered Midwife) qualifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical work experience in a recognized healthcare facility.
- Strong clinical skills and thorough knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and ability to multitask effectively.
