About the Role
VisionSpring is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and strategic supply chain governance in Nigeria. In this role, you will ensure critical vision-correction products reach underserved populations efficiently, directly impacting livelihoods and education.
Key Responsibilities- Lead regional supply chain strategies, S&OP processes, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
- Manage international logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and 3PL warehouse performance.
- Ensure rigorous audit compliance, governance, SOP adherence, and risk management across all operations.
- Develop data-driven dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI to monitor OTIF, inventory turns, and forecasts.
- Mentor, coach, and build the capability of the regional supply chain and warehouse operations team.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, or Finance; Master's preferred.
- 10 to 12 years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a robust managerial role.
- Demonstrated expertise in international trade terms, import clearance, shipping documentation, and SAP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and supply chain reporting tools.
