About the Role
Supreme Badge World Ltd is a leading school sports development and educational sports consultancy dedicated to transforming young people through structured sports education, professional coaching, and innovative physical education programmes. We partner with premier private schools to design and manage quality sports initiatives that promote physical literacy, teamwork, discipline, leadership, and healthy living across Lagos State.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver structured sports coaching sessions for students across various private schools in Lagos.
- Teach fundamental sports skills, techniques, and rules while supporting comprehensive physical education programmes.
- Prepare students for school competitions, inter-house sports, and athletic events.
- Identify high-potential sporting talent and provide targeted development pathways.
- Maintain strict standards of discipline, student safety, and professional conduct during all coaching activities.
- Assess student development regularly and provide constructive feedback to learners and school authorities.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow coaches, school personnel, and company management.
- Submit timely training reports and adhere strictly to Supreme Badge World Ltd coaching standards.
- Bachelor Degree, HND, or equivalent in Physical Education, Human Kinetics, Sports Science, Sports Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical coaching or youth sports development experience.
- Strong working knowledge of multiple school sports including football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, and tennis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage children and teenagers within a school environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must be physically fit, energetic, and resident in Lagos State with willingness to travel across assigned partner schools.
