Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and structured Arts lessons tailored to students across various grade levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school dual-curriculum standards and foster creativity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual artistic growth.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages artistic expression.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to organize school exhibitions, cultural events, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications in Fine Arts, Education, or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in an educational setting, preferably within a structured school environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage students and parents.
