We are currently looking to engage a highly competent, result-oriented, and integrity-driven Specialist, Education & Business Intelligence to join our dynamic Nile Digital Education Department. In this impactful role, you will leverage advanced data analytics to support institutional planning, enhance operational efficiency, and drive student success across our diverse academic programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive education and business intelligence dashboards for executive leadership.
- Analyse student enrolment, retention, progression, completion, and financial data to uncover actionable insights.
- Design performance indicators, institutional scorecards, and predictive forecasting and scenario models.
- Identify strategic opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation, and operational improvement.
- Integrate data from multiple institutional systems while establishing robust data definitions and governance practices.
- Monitor competitor, market, and higher-education sector trends to support evidence-based strategic planning.
- Partner closely with internal business units to translate complex datasets into strategic actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, alongside strong SQL and Excel capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in data modelling, dashboard development, and executive reporting.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with prior experience in education-sector analytics being a distinct advantage.
