We are currently looking for a dynamic and organized Spare Parts Officer to join our growing team and maintain the efficiency of our state-of-the-art service centres.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming spare parts and technical accessories.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment requests to prevent stockouts.
- Issue verified spare parts to technicians and service personnel based on approved requests.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, organization, and safe storage of all inventory items.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Liaise closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Technical teams for seamless operations.
- Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete spare parts to minimize losses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized spare parts store in compliance with company policies.
- HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in spare parts, inventory, warehouse, or stock management.
- Proficiency in using ERP inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic technical understanding of spare parts and specifications.
