Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional spa treatments, massages, body scrubs, and professional facials tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment room in accordance with industry health and safety standards.
- Assess client conditions, medical histories, and preferences to recommend appropriate therapies and aftercare.
- Promote and upsell spa products, packages, and additional lifestyle services to boost clinic revenue.
- Provide warm, courteous, and professional customer service to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage booking schedules efficiently and assist with front desk operations when required.
- Proven professional experience working as a Spa Therapist, Estheticians, or similar wellness role.
- Relevant certification in massage therapy, cosmetology, or aesthetics from a recognized institution.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Highly responsible, neat, organized, and hardworking team player with a passion for holistic health.
