About the Role
HR-on-Wheels is recruiting a talented and client-focused Spa Therapist to join our expanding network. In this role, you will provide exceptional wellness therapies and bespoke massage treatments, ensuring every client enjoys a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a comprehensive range of professional spa services, including body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures in a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain impeccably clean, fully stocked, and sterilized treatment rooms and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
- Attend to client inquiries, assess individual needs, and recommend tailored treatments and home-care regimens.
- Actively promote and upsell retail beauty products and additional spa services to drive revenue.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety protocols at all times.
- Degree or current professional license in aesthetics, physiotherapy, or a related field.
- Proven professional work experience as a Spa Therapist or Wellness Specialist.
- Extensive hands-on experience in diverse massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and face/body therapies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous retail sales experience within a spa or wellness setting is an added advantage.
