About the Role
4 Quarters Consultants Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fashion Operations Manager to streamline our made-to-order production processes and support our growing brand. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the complete made-to-order production cycle from initial order confirmation to final delivery, ensuring all timelines are strictly met.
- Coordinate closely with tailors, pattern makers, fabric suppliers, and external vendors to prevent bottlenecks and track active orders.
- Design, implement, and maintain clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, inventory tracking, and client updates.
- Manage fabric, trim, and material inventory, including sourcing, reordering, and tracking material spend against established budgets.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks at key stages of garment construction to protect brand craftsmanship standards.
- Support the client journey post-order by coordinating fittings, managing timeline updates, and handling inquiries with a solutions-first approach.
- Provide regular operational reports to the CEO regarding order status, production capacity, and budget tracking.
- Proven prior experience in fashion operations, production management, studio management, or a similar hands-on luxury or bridal fashion role.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, production timelines, and textile quality standards.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a meticulous focus on detail.
- Resourceful problem-solver who remains calm under pressure when facing supply chain or timeline challenges.
- Clear and confident communication skills for interacting with artisans, vendors, clients, and executive leadership.
