We are looking for an experienced, low-ego Software Engineering Team Lead to drive technical excellence, mentor talented engineers, and deliver impactful software.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers through greenfield and legacy projects, owning the full software lifecycle from design to production.
- Set architectural direction and develop robust event-driven systems and microservices using C# and .NET.
- Partner closely with Product Managers on roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and timely delivery.
- Champion a true DevOps culture, ensuring infrastructure as code, automated testing, observability, and continuous delivery are first-order concerns.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement and servant leadership.
- Strong hands-on background in C# and .NET backend development with a solid understanding of microservices.
- Proven cloud experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies like Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Ability to shape technical roadmaps and align engineering goals with product strategy.
- Containerization and infrastructure experience using Kubernetes and Docker.
