We provide carrier-grade telecom infrastructure designed to power next-generation mobile services across the African continent. We are currently seeking a talented and driven Software Developer to join our dynamic engineering team and help shape the future of telecommunications technology.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable carrier-grade telecom core network software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and network architects to define technical requirements.
- Optimize software performance, reliability, and security to meet stringent telecommunications industry standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and infrastructure bottlenecks in live environments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best industry software development practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in telecom technologies, cloud-native architectures, and modern software development frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven professional experience in software development, preferably within the telecommunications, networking, or high-throughput systems sector.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as C++, Go, Java, or Python.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, distributed systems, and core telecom architectures (e.g., 4G LTE, 5G).
- Experience with Linux environments, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Lagos-based team.
