Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications and digital tools aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to define software requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to optimize performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes within the engineering team.
- Document development processes, software architecture, and user manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in software development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, React or Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, or Laravel).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and version control tools like Git.
