We are currently seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand visibility, manage our digital platforms, and generate quality leads within the competitive real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to elevate brand awareness and boost audience engagement.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and visual assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels.
- Design and maintain consistent content calendars to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
- Showcase company properties and investment opportunities through compelling storytelling and copywriting.
- Monitor platform analytics, track performance metrics, and generate regular insightful reports.
- Engage actively with followers, address customer inquiries, and support lead generation efforts.
- Plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital content with overarching business goals.
- Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns, video production, and creative storytelling.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector or property development industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and smartphone videography.
- Familiarity with professional cameras and drone operations is a strong plus.
- Exceptional copywriting, organizational, and time-management skills.
