We specialize in advanced, evidence-based dermatological procedures tailored for diverse skin types, focusing on treating textured skin, acne, and barrier damage. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our passionate team and help us communicate our commitment to healthy skin, science, and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create engaging, high-quality visual and written content, including reels, videos, graphics, and educational skincare posts.
- Manage daily community engagement by responding to direct messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices to optimize brand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to translate complex dermatological and skincare concepts into accessible, consumer-friendly content.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to continuously improve content strategy and ROI.
- Proven professional experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role, preferably within beauty, wellness, or skincare.
- Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, video editing tools, and content management platforms.
- Strong passion for skincare, beauty science, and helping clients achieve healthy skin.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
