About the Role
Kickoff Lounge is an upscale nightlife and entertainment establishment situated in Mpape, Abuja, engineered specifically for high-energy social nightlife, corporate mixers, and premium weekend leisure. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team and bring our vibrant brand to life across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility for Kickoff Lounge.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content, including high-quality photos, videos, and stories showcasing our events and atmosphere.
- Manage all social media channels, responding promptly to customer inquiries, direct messages, and comments to build a strong online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to promote upcoming themed nights, corporate mixers, and weekend leisure activities.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activities to optimize reach and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with influencers and media partners to drive digital campaigns and increase foot traffic to the lounge.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industry.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, graphic design basics (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing.
- Deep understanding of Abuja's entertainment scene and target nightlife demographic is a distinct advantage.
