About the Role
Noreta Constructions Limited is a leading construction firm specializing in high-quality residential building projects, with an overarching objective to deliver excellence and build exceptional homes for all. We are looking for an innovative Social Media Manager to strategically manage and grow the digital presence of our company and its sister companies by showcasing projects, strengthening brand credibility, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with corporate goals across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Capture and produce high-quality visual content, including site walkthroughs, project milestones, drone footage, and before-and-after transformations.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and site managers to translate technical construction processes into relatable, engaging digital stories.
- Plan and run targeted paid digital campaigns for property launches, open houses, corporate events, and recruitment drives.
- Monitor online reviews, manage brand reputation, and respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, and lead generation to prepare monthly performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of proven corporate social media management experience, ideally within construction, real estate, or architecture.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, basic photography, videography, and graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and digital campaign optimization skills.
- Ability to visit active construction sites safely and operate multimedia equipment effectively.
