- Plan and execute dynamic content calendars for product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visual and written content that highlights our diverse hair textures.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster a loyal online community.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators including reach, engagement, leads, and sales conversions.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activities to identify innovative growth opportunities.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and brand growth.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
