Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and retail campaigns.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content including high-quality copywriting, images, and videos across all major platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for audience growth.
- Manage active online communities by responding to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote new gadget releases, exclusive deals, and e-marketplace promotions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools and generate regular reports to optimize future campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience managing corporate social media accounts, preferably within the Nigerian retail, e-commerce, or technology sector.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
