About the Role
Meridian Hospital is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and connect with communities across Nigeria. In this role, you will bridge the gap between healthcare and digital storytelling, ensuring our message of wellness reaches and inspires diverse audiences while maintaining the utmost medical professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness.
- Create engaging, trendy, and medically accurate content, including graphics, short-form videos, and compelling copywriting.
- Manage paid social media campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Google Ads to drive community engagement and patient education.
- Monitor digital trends, jump on relevant conversations creatively, and respond promptly to community inquiries.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using SEO basics to continuously improve reach and engagement.
- B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the healthcare or wellness sector.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successfully grown social media pages and impactful digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO principles.
