Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the school's communication and enrollment goals.
- Manage daily content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across active social media channels.
- Produce engaging multimedia content, including high-quality photos, graphics, reels, stories, and short videos showcasing classroom activities and school events.
- Maintain a consistent monthly content calendar to promote academic programs, admissions, and extracurricular achievements.
- Engage professionally with parents, prospective families, and the online community by responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to identify compelling content opportunities.
- Monitor social media analytics, track audience growth, and generate regular performance reports to optimize engagement.
- Safeguard the school's online reputation and adhere strictly to privacy guidelines regarding student media.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, alongside social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing compelling captions and managing online communities.
- Strong understanding of major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Exceptional organizational, creative, and interpersonal skills with strict attention to detail.
- Deep awareness of safeguarding and privacy considerations when publishing content involving children and schools.
