Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Aman HMO business and marketing objectives.
- Create, manage, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Produce diverse content formats including graphics, carousels, short-form videos, educational posts, and interactive polls.
- Write compelling copies, captions, scripts, and strong calls-to-action that resonate with our target audience.
- Actively manage online communities, responding promptly to enquiries, comments, and direct messages while identifying potential leads.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to support lead conversion and execute targeted paid social media campaigns.
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics, providing actionable data-driven insights to improve performance.
- Proven professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with meticulous attention to brand consistency.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior across major platforms.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising, analytics tools, and lead-generation principles.
