Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content, including high-quality photos, videos, and copywriting across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to optimize reach and engagement.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and direct messages with an excellent customer service mindset.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to promote upcoming hospitality and lifestyle experiences.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Proven professional experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
