In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital media strategies that increase brand visibility, website traffic, customer engagement, and online conversions. You will provide strategic direction for digital content development and oversee our social media platforms, website, SEO, and email marketing campaigns. Working closely with our creative and business growth teams, you will ensure our digital activities directly support our commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust digital media strategies across all company brands and digital platforms.
- Manage the organization's digital presence, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online identity.
- Supervise the creation and publication of SEO-optimized, conversion-focused digital content.
- Set content direction, campaign priorities, and performance standards for content creators.
- Conduct keyword research and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Oversee website content, updates, optimization, and overall user experience.
- Develop and manage targeted email marketing strategies, maintaining the client database.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media, website, SEO, and email marketing performance.
- Oversee digital inquiries and online orders generated through web and social channels.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to design and execute high-impact digital campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and email marketing software.
