House of Maryjane is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital presence and drive impactful engagement across all social channels. In this role, you will be instrumental in building brand awareness, managing our online reputation, and converting digital traffic into tangible business growth. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute deliberate social media strategies, planning, and goal setting to align with company objectives.
- Manage content creation, curation, and publishing across all active social media platforms.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to generate consistent inbound traffic.
- Cultivate quality leads and drive online sales through targeted campaigns and community engagement.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation and online sentiment proactively.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience and passion for connecting with current and future customers digitally.
- Proficiency in modern editing tools, including CapCut and AI-powered content generation tools.
- High level of computer literacy and strong digital navigation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high motivation and creativity.
