We are currently looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging digital campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and strengthen our brand presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with agency and client business goals.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content including original text, images, video, and stories.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics to optimize social media content and campaign performance continually.
- Collaborate with design, copywriting, and paid advertising teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and unified marketing message.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media features, and algorithm changes.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven professional experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role within an agency environment.
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic design software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
