About the Role
NCDF Group Plc, an institution mobilizing capital for impactful investments, is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead our MarketReach24 team. In this dynamic role, you will take full responsibility for our marketing strategy, sales development, client acquisition, and campaign delivery to generate measurable revenue growth while supporting our broader social-environmental mission in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, direct, and coach marketing executives and specialists by setting clear performance targets and delivery standards.
- Drive aggressive business development through qualified sales pipelines, compelling proposals, and successful client pitches.
- Manage end-to-end agency operations, including client onboarding, resource allocation, and campaign budgeting.
- Oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies spanning SEO, paid search, social media, email campaigns, and website conversion.
- Maintain strong client relationships by defining scopes of work, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-value renewals.
- Monitor campaign spending, account profitability, and financial milestones in close coordination with the finance department.
- Substantial senior-level experience in marketing, sales, business development, and agency operations.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing marketing teams, coaching staff, and managing performance.
- Deep practical expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and CRM automation tools.
- Proven track record of winning new clients, negotiating commercial contracts, and scaling key accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant degree in marketing or business, supported by professional certifications, is highly desirable.
