We are currently looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our growing team and help us communicate our value proposition effectively to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities- Create clear goals and objectives, publishing engaging posts consistently across all company social media platforms.
- Ensure absolute brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and online reviews to build a loyal community.
- Keep up to date with trending topics, industry hashtags, and platform algorithm updates to adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Write compelling captions that convert followers into clients and prospective leads.
- Utilize tools like Canva, CapCut, and other design software to produce professional graphics and short-form videos.
- Leverage basic photography and videography skills to capture content for property shoots, office highlights, and reels.
- Manage Meta Business Suite efficiently while implementing best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Track, analyze, and report key engagement metrics including reach, engagement rates, follower growth, and leads generated.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications and proven professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to construct well-formed, impactful sentences.
- Showcase a strong portfolio of previous content creation, video editing, and successful social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian business and real estate landscape is a strong advantage.
