About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our thriving team and help support our retail operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, inspire a high-performing team, and maintain our exceptional brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the store team to drive performance and continuous development.
- Oversee daily store operations, including team deployment, opening and closing procedures, and strict adherence to operational standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, cash handling processes, and daily sales reconciliation accurately.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall compliance.
- Support strategic sales campaigns, promotional events, product launches, and other commercial initiatives.
- Assume full leadership responsibility and act on behalf of the Store Manager when required to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Possession of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the retail industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, senior sales, or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and optimizing retail operations.
- Working knowledge of customer service best practices, inventory management, and standard retail processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and modern Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
