We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our digital platforms, craft compelling narratives, and strengthen our brand identity within the competitive Nigerian transport and logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging multimedia content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Design and maintain a consistent monthly content calendar.
- Monitor current social media trends, algorithm updates, and audience behavior to optimize reach and engagement.
- Engage promptly with online communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using industry analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.
- Coordinate targeted paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience managing social media for a recognized brand or organization.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and basic photography or videography equipment.
- Exceptional copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Must provide a robust portfolio showcasing previous successful social media campaigns and growth metrics.
