About the Role
Aspom Travel Agency, a leading travel and tour management company incorporated in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic Social Media Inbound Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the vibrant voice of our brand across multiple digital channels, helping travelers explore the world effortlessly while driving inbound leads and sales for our flight deals, visa support, and holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars featuring engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional videos.
- Promote diverse travel packages, flight deals, and corporate group tour services.
- Respond promptly to online comments, direct messages, and inquiries, effectively converting leads into paying clients.
- Collaborate with ticketing, visa, and holiday operations teams to gather accurate promotional information.
- Monitor social media analytics, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay updated on travel trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to optimize online visibility.
- Assist in running targeted social media advertising and paid campaigns to maximize reach.
- B.Sc., HND, or OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design or video editing tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and lead conversion strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
