About the Role
Sweet Sensation, a pioneering leader in Nigeria's Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry renowned for introducing authentic African cuisine and intercontinental meals, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive. In this role, you will champion our brand voice online, crafting compelling narratives that translate digital engagement into physical footfall and increased sales across our nationwide outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies and platform-first storytelling tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
- Produce high-converting short-form videos (Reels and TikToks) alongside engaging copywriting that highlights our signature meals.
- Manage and optimize paid social ad campaigns on Meta platforms, utilizing A/B testing to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using Power BI, Meta Business Suite, and native platform insights to improve Click Conversion Rates.
- Actively spot trending culture and food topics, driving proactive community management and audience interaction.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional social media management experience, ideally within the QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in video editing, content creation, and mobile-first production.
- A robust portfolio showcasing successful social campaigns, viral short-form videos, and measurable engagement growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking KPIs, ad spend efficiency, and social analytics tools.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
