BlueWave New Energy Technology Nigeria Company Limited is seeking an analytical and results-driven Social Media Effect Operation & Effect Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team in Lagos. Founded in 2023, we are committed to providing economical and sustainable power solutions across Africa. This is not a traditional social media role; your core objective is to continuously generate high-quality customer leads while aggressively lowering acquisition costs across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities- Independently operate Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads to execute high-performing campaigns.
- Focus on lead generation through Lead Ads, WhatsApp Ads, and Messenger Ads to drive authentic customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze daily advertising metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, and Conversion Rate to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audience segments to identify scalable, low-cost acquisition models.
- Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to provide data-backed creative optimization suggestions and build a high-conversion asset library.
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the B2C Call Center and B2B Sales teams via CRM integration.
- Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ad platforms with a strong grasp of platform policies and algorithms.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lead Generation advertising, WhatsApp marketing, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret core advertising metrics and execute data-driven A/B tests.
- Track record of successfully reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) in previous roles.
- Ability to showcase past managed advertising accounts or successful campaign case studies is a distinct advantage.
